This page explains how payment works at sukimoon.com, the online store for women’s and men’s fashion operated by Mumora Media LLC.

Currency and prices

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Shipping within the United States is free on every order, and any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.

When you are charged

The full order amount is charged when you place your order. Your order confirmation email shows the amount charged and the payment method used.

Payment security

Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure, PCI DSS compliant checkout. Card details are encrypted and handled by the payment processor; Suki Moon receives the payment confirmation and limited details such as the card type and the last four digits.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds for returns are issued to your original payment method within 5 calendar days after your return arrives. If you cancel an order before it is handed to the carrier, the amount is refunded to your original payment method. Our Refund Policy explains returns and free exchanges step by step.
