This page describes how payment works in the Suki Moon store operated by Mumora Media LLC.
Accepted payment methods
The payment methods you can use are shown at checkout. They correspond exactly to the payment providers active in our store; we do not list methods that are not available at checkout. Wallet payments such as Apple Pay or Google Pay appear only on devices and browsers that support them. If a payment method you expected is missing at checkout, please contact us before ordering.
Currency
All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). The price shown on the product page and in the cart is the price you pay; shipping within the United States is free on every order.
When you are charged
The full order amount is charged when you place the order. You receive an order confirmation by email with the amount charged. If an order is cancelled before carrier handoff, the amount is refunded to the same payment method.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by the payment providers integrated in our Shopify checkout. Your payment details are entered on the secure checkout pages and are not stored by Suki Moon.
Refunds
Refunds for returns and cancellations go to the original payment method within 5 calendar days after we receive the return, including inspection. Details are in our Refund Policy.
