Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Suki Moon online store at sukimoon.com and every purchase you make from it. The store is operated by Mumora Media LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Suki Moon", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. Please read them before you order.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method you select.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe every product from the images and information available to us and we make reasonable efforts to keep descriptions, colours and sizes accurate. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen. If a product is not as described when it arrives, the options in our Refund Policy apply. We may change or discontinue products at any time.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are regular prices. Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before you place the order. Shipping within the United States is free. The full order amount is charged when you place the order using one of the payment methods shown at checkout. If a price was displayed incorrectly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before dispatch; we tell you when this happens.

4. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example when a product is unavailable, when payment cannot be verified or when we suspect fraud; in every such case you are refunded in full. The order confirmation email you receive after ordering confirms that we received the order and shows what you ordered.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery follows our Shipping Policy: processing within 1-2 business days, transit of 5-8 business days, total 6-10 business days for orders placed before 2:00 PM EST/EDT (Eastern Time) on a business day. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you provided. Lost or damaged parcels are handled as described in the Shipping Policy.

6. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Returns, free size or colour exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: 30 calendar days from delivery, refunds to the original payment method within 5 calendar days after the return arrives, free exchanges with the replacement shipped on registration.

7. Warranty and consumer rights

Except as expressly stated in these terms and in our Refund Policy, products are provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. This disclaimer does not limit our commitments for faulty, damaged or wrong items in the Refund Policy and the Shipping Policy, and it does not limit any rights you have under applicable US federal or state consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Accounts and communications

You can order as a guest or create a customer account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. By ordering you agree to receive order-related emails such as order confirmations, shipping confirmations and return communications; these are necessary to fulfil your order.

10. Intellectual property

The Suki Moon name, logo, texts, images and the design of this store are protected by copyright and trademark law and belong to Mumora Media LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial browsing and ordering.

11. Prohibited use

You may not use the store for unlawful purposes, submit false information, attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the store, or use automated tools to scrape its content.

12. Privacy

Personal data you provide is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules and without limiting the consumer protection rights of the state in which you live. If a dispute arises, please contact us first at info@sukimoon.com; most questions can be resolved directly with our support team. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way is subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Wyoming, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home state.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

16. Electronic communications

When you place an order or write to us, you agree that we may answer in electronic form. Order confirmations, shipping notifications and service messages are sent to the email address you provide, and they have the same standing as written communication. Keep your email address current, because a wrong or full mailbox is the most common reason an order update does not arrive.

17. Pricing and content errors

We write every product page ourselves and check prices before they go live, but errors can still occur. If an item is listed with a clearly incorrect price or description, we may cancel the affected order before dispatch and refund it in full to the original payment method. We will tell you about the error by email and you are free to reorder at the corrected price.

18. Third-party links and services

Some pages link to services we do not run, for example the tracking portal for your parcel or the payment providers shown at checkout. Those services have their own terms and privacy notices, and we have no control over their content.

19. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, such as extreme weather, carrier strikes, customs backlogs or network outages. If such an event delays your order, we will keep you informed and you keep every right described in our Refund Policy.

20. Assignment and entire agreement

You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent. We may transfer them if our business changes hands, and your rights stay the same. These terms, together with the Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Payment Policy and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Suki Moon for purchases made on this store.
