These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of sukimoon.com and to every order you place with us. Suki Moon is an online store for women’s and men’s fashion operated by Mumora Media LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“Suki Moon,” “we,” “us”). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Payment Policy, which form part of these Terms.

1. Using our store

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to use only payment methods you are authorized to use.

2. Products

Each product page shows the item’s description, price, product photos and the available sizes and colors. We take care to keep this information accurate and up to date. If you would like help choosing a size or color, email us before you order and we are happy to advise. We may update or discontinue products at any time; orders already confirmed are fulfilled as placed.

3. Prices

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Shipping within the United States is free on every order. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. If a product is listed with an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order before it ships and refund you in full. We let you know by email, and you are welcome to reorder at the correct price.

4. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Shop Pay. The full order amount is charged when you place your order. Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout. Our Payment Policy has the details.

5. Orders and contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy the products in your cart. After checkout you receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order. The contract is formed when we ship your order and send you the shipping confirmation. Before shipping, we may decline or cancel an order, for example if payment cannot be verified, if we suspect fraud or in case of a pricing error. In that case we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States, free on every order. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day count from that day. Processing takes 1-2 business days and transit 5-8 business days, for a total delivery time of 6-10 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the parcel is delivered to the shipping address you provided. Our Shipping Policy has the details.

7. Returns, exchanges and refunds

You can return any item, faulty or not, within 30 calendar days of delivery. Returns are registered by email and sent by mail to the return address in your confirmation. There is no restocking fee. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 calendar days after the return arrives. Exchanges for another size or color are free. 8. Cancellations and changes

You can cancel or change an order until it has been handed to the carrier by emailing us with your order number. Any amount due is refunded to your original payment method.

9. Customer accounts

You can sign in to a customer account to view your orders and manage your profile. Keep access to the email account you sign in with secure, and tell us promptly if you notice any unauthorized use of your customer account.

10. Electronic communications

By placing an order or contacting us, you agree to receive communications from us electronically, including order confirmations, shipping updates and replies to your messages. These communications satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing. Please keep your email address up to date so that every order update reaches you.

11. Intellectual property

The Suki Moon name and logo and the texts, images, graphics and design of this store belong to Mumora Media LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use the store for personal, non-commercial shopping. Any other copying, reproduction or use requires our prior written permission.

12. Acceptable use

You agree to use the store lawfully and honestly. In particular, you agree not to submit false information, interfere with the operation or security of the store, copy its content with bots or scrapers, or misuse the contact form.

13. Third-party services

Parts of the shopping experience are provided by third parties, including Shopify’s checkout and Shop Pay, our order tracking page powered by Parcel Panel and the shipping carriers. These services operate under their own terms and privacy notices.

14. Warranties

Our commitments for faulty, damaged and wrong items are set out in our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Beyond these commitments, and to the extent permitted by law, products and the store are provided “as is” and “as available,” and implied warranties are limited to the shortest period the law allows. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for personal injury caused by our negligence.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Mumora Media LLC against claims and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the store.

17. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions or network outages. If such an event affects your order, we keep you informed by email, and all options under our Refund Policy remain available to you.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict of law rules. This choice of law does not take away the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the state where you live. If something goes wrong, please contact us first at info@sukimoon.com; most questions are resolved quickly by email. Disputes that cannot be resolved this way are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Wyoming, unless the law of your state gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

20. Severability, assignment and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. You may transfer your rights under these Terms only with our written consent. We may transfer ours as part of a sale or reorganization of the store, with your rights unchanged. These Terms, together with the policies named above, form the entire agreement between you and Suki Moon for purchases made in this store.
