Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST/EDT (Eastern Time) on a business day (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays) are processed within 1-2 business days. Transit takes 5-8 business days, so the total delivery time is 6-10 business days. Orders are packed and dispatched by our fulfillment partner. You receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by email and can follow your parcel on our Track Order page.
You can return an item within 30 calendar days of delivery for a refund, as long as it is new, unworn, unwashed and still has its tags. Register the return by email at info@sukimoon.com with your order number; our team confirms the return address with the instructions. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by you; for a faulty or wrong item we cover it. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 calendar days after the return arrives.
Free exchanges: if you need another size or colour, register the exchange within the same 30 days. The replacement is reserved and shipped as soon as the exchange is registered, before your original item arrives back, and both the return and the replacement shipping are free. If the size turns out wrong, the exchange to another size is free and the replacement ships as soon as you register it.
